Richard "Dick" Dawson, Broker
Richard Dawson, President and broker of Nebraska Land & Cattle Agency, Inc. has nearly 30 years experience in the real estate industry.

Specializing in farm and ranch real estate sales, he has worked almost exclusively in the Sandhills region of Nebraska for the past nine years. Richard has practical experience in production agriculture with background in purebred Simmental cattle, commercial cow/calf operation, irrigated and dry land feed grain production, and cattle marketing via satellite video auctions. Richard is a member of the Sandhills Cattle Association.

Richard's knowledge and experience make him a leader in the real estate industry. His ability to complete real estate transactions for Buyer and Seller is evidenced by his large sales volume. Barb Dawson - Associate Broker and Co-Owner
Barb Dawson has been a licensed real estate broker since 1978. She serves as sales and office manager for Nebraska Land and Cattle Agency Inc., and has experience in all areas of the real estate industry. She is active in the Dawson County Board of Realtors as well as the Nebraska Realtors Association.

Richard and Barb have been married and business partners for 38 years and have three daughters and five grandchildren.

Yvonne Mooney - Associate Broker
Yvonne Mooney is a lifetime resident of the Nebraska Sandhills. She and her husband, Bill, own and operate the Hamilton-Mooney Ranch and Sandhills Seedstock in Sheridan County, Nebraska . Yvonne is a member of the Board of Directors of the Sandhills Cattle Association, and active member of Nebraska Cattlemen, American Angus Association, Aubrac Alliance, American Salers Association, National Bison Association, Nebraska Buffalo Association, Dakota Territory Buffalo Association, and the Nebraska Realtors Association.

Yvonne is an experienced real estate broker who specializes in ranch sales. She is available for consulting for all cattle enterprises, range management, or buffalo production.
